Yuubeni, Kumamoto ゆうべに 熊本産

"Yubeni" is an original variety of Kumamoto prefecture registered in 2017. 

The fruits are large, well-aligned, and well-shaped cones. The pericarp is a shiny bright red color, and the inside of the flesh is dyed red. The hard and fresh fruit has a good balance of sweetness and acidity, and has a rich taste.

The official name of last night is "Kumamoto VS03". The nickname "Yubeni" was chosen from more than 5,000 public offerings. The intention of the name is to read aloud the bear in Kumamoto and read it as "Yu", and "Beni" is named after the bright red color of the pericarp.

Put the pack at the time of purchase in a plastic bag or gently wrap it in a wrap and put it in the vegetable compartment of the refrigerator. If the skin is damaged, remove it. Please note that if you leave it in a hot place, it will be damaged more quickly.
