"Light snow" is a pale pink variety that is rare in the world. It is very popular with women and children because it has a low acidity and a moist sweetness. From the light snow we make, which has been appointed as a famous patisserie and has been well received by overseas celebrities, we have carefully selected large, high-quality ones.
