Pre-orders are a convenient way for our customers to order new products ahead of their release dates. For those who prefer to pre-order new products directly from our web site, please read the below FAQ to address any questions about our pre-order program.

How do I buy from you?

Browse our selection of premium products from our website and add the items to cart.

Once you have made payment, we will drop you a message via Whatsapp to confirm your order and delivery.


Do I need to register to order?

Registering for an account with us is optional, but you will get exclusive deals and updates if you have an account with us! 


Can I change or add on items to my order after it has been placed?

Yes, you can! Whatsapp us at 8688 6077 and let us know. 

How will the product be shipped when it becomes available?

All pre-orders are shipped when they become available. 

How long will it take my pre-order to ship?

We generally begin taking pre-orders as soon as a product is announced. If you have already placed a pre-order, please check the upcoming page on our website for specifics about when the product will be released.


How much is the minimum order, or delivery fee?

Our minimum order is $40, Delivery is FREE if you order above $60! 

Orders below $60 will have a $8 delivery charge.

If I pre-order directly from your web site, am I assured that you will not sell out before shipping my order?

Yes, except in extremely rare circumstances where we have encountered an unforeseen issue beyond our control. If such a rare circumstance should occur, we will contact you as soon as practicable to discuss your options (which could include waiting for the next available shipment, canceling the order, etc). Exception: Inventory is not assured for Late Pre-orders.



When will my items be delivered? 

Delivery is between 2pm – 8pm, from Tuesday to Saturday. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests for specific delivery timings at the moment.

Do note that we do not deliver on Sundays and Mondays, so if you place an order on a Saturday, the delivery will only be on Tuesday.


Can I have contactless delivery?

Yes, of course! If you wish to have contactless delivery, you can leave a note at check-out or drop us a text on Whatsapp at 8688 6077.

Our delivery crew will Whatsapp you upon arrival, and we will leave your groceries at the door. 


Can I request for a later delivery date? 

Yes, of course! You can leave a note at check-out or drop us a text on Whatsapp at 8688 6077.

If you have already placed an order, and wish to change the date of delivery,  just drop us a Whatsapp message.


Can I self-collect? 

No, we do not have the option for self-collection. 

All orders will be delivered to your doorstep.


I have a missing/ damaged item, what should I do? 

Rarely happens, but if it does, please contact us via Whatsapp at 8688 6077 and we will arrange for a refund/ replacement.
